Hi! I am Kritika Agrawal.
I started my professional journey 14 years ago with a campus placement at Vedanta Resources plc and since worked in a UK Tax firm, advised MNCs like Bajaj Automobile (India), McKinsey (US), Louis Dreyfus (Swiss), GIZ (German). I have been retained by clients for legal advice in respect of corporates such as ZF group (German), Accenture Song (US), IIT Dharwad (India), Schindler (Swiss).
I am a first-generation lawyer, having studied at National Law Institute University Bhopal and at the University of Oxford, U.K.
The University of Oxford has featured me as the only Indian female lawyer for the “100 Years of Women in Law at Oxford”.
Before stepping into independent practice, I have worked in-house with major global companies, giving me a unique insider’s perspective on the requirements, stress points, and end-goals of clients.
I have been invited to teach at over 15 universities including at the University of Oxford and across National Law Schools in India (NLSIU, NLUD, IIM-R).
At present, I practice as an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, a trained Supreme Court mediator and a panel advocate for several organizations.
